Welcome to BBJ88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BBJ88 ("BBJ88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BBJ88 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services available atbbj88.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on BBJ88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the BBJ88 platform.

BBJ88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal online account registered by a User on the BBJ88 platform.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a User's BBJ88 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by BBJ88 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" — the transfer of real money by a User into their BBJ88 Account via an approved payment method.
• "Game" — any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, slot lottery, or other wagering product available on the BBJ88 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on BBJ88 are conducted.
• "Platform" — the BBJ88 website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of funds from a User's BBJ88 Account to an approved external payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on BBJ88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. BBJ88 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of BBJ88 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from BBJ88 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not on any government-mandated exclusion list relating to gambling activities.

BBJ88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any remaining real-money Balance returned via the original payment method following investigation.

Each individual may register onlyone (1) Account on BBJ88. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change.

BBJ88 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or utility bill — before Withdrawals are processed. BBJ88 reserves the right to suspend Withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. BBJ88 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you.

All financial transactions on BBJ88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BBJ88 does not charge transaction fees on Deposits or Withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Approved Deposit Methods include:

• DuitNow and FPX Online Banking
• Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Internet banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks
• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT, subject to current availability)

The minimum Deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum Withdrawal amount is RM 30. Maximum Withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the User's Account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed within approximately5–10 minutes for e-wallet methods and within1–3 banking hours for bank transfer methods, subject to KYC clearance and internal security review. BBJ88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on Withdrawal requests that exceedRM 10,000 within any 24-hour period.

All Deposits and Withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

BBJ88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and free-bet credits. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these General Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all BBJ88 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from X10 to X20 of the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active, the maximum bet per round is generally capped at RM 250–500 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds expire after the stated period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Expired bonuses are voided automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute 10%–20% only.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a maximum Withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winings. This limit is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

BBJ88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonuses, creation of multiple Accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

All games available on BBJ88 are subject to the rules and payout structures published within each game's interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, game-round result ambiguity, or data transmission error, BBJ88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.

For sports betting markets, the results of Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other covered events are determined by official competition governing bodies. BBJ88 shall not be bound by any unofficial or provisional results. In-play bets accepted after the stated closing time of a market may be voided at BBJ88's discretion.

BBJ88 operates Random Number Generator (RNG) systems in all virtual and slot games. These systems are sourced from certified providers and subject to periodic independent audits to verify fairness and statistical compliance. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BBJ88 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated gambling activity intended to defraud BBJ88 or other players.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Conducting transactions that constitute money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person or legal entity without their explicit consent.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform if you are a self-excluded player or are prohibited by law from engaging in gambling activities.

BBJ88 is committed to fostering a safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling environment. We regard responsible gambling not as a regulatory checkbox but as a core platform value.

The following responsible gambling measures are available to all BBJ88 users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly Deposit caps through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from BBJ88 for a period of 30 days,6 months, or permanently by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: BBJ88 may display on-screen notifications summarising your session duration and net wagering activity.

All content on the BBJ88 platform — including but not limited to the BBJ88 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all text — is the exclusive intellectual property of BBJ88 or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without the express written consent of BBJ88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BBJ88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity.
• Temporary or permanent service unavailability due to technical maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Loss or corruption of Account data caused by circumstances outside BBJ88's reasonable control.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game software providers, or network infrastructure providers.

BBJ88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. In all circumstances, BBJ88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the User's total net Deposits over the preceding 12-month period.

You may close your BBJ88 Account at any time by submitting a request through Customer Support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned via the primary payment method on record, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds. Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

BBJ88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, following appropriate notice.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.

In the event of Account termination for cause, BBJ88 reserves the right to withold all Account balances pending investigation. Verified real-money funds not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned following the conclusion of the investigation process.

BBJ88 may revise these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes applicable law, regulatory requirements, or platform operations. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a User — BBJ88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Continued use of the BBJ88 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact Support to initiate Account closure.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the BBJ88 platform, you are encouraged to first contact our Customer Support team directly. Our support agents are available 24/7 and resolve the majority of queries within a short timeframe. BBJ88 is committed to addressing all legitimate disputes promptly and fairly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through Customer Support, it shall be submitted to BBJ88's designated dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to act in good faith and to provide all relevant information and documentation to facilitate an efficient resolution.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of BBJ88, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations under which BBJ88 holds its operating licence. Users agree that the applicable regulatory body holds final jurisdiction over all unresolved gaming disputes.
